Flathead Lake Luxury Remodel

Some homes do not need replacing. They need reimagining. This whole-home remodel on Flathead Lake kept a well-loved property and made it new, beginning with the biggest change of all: a second story luxury addition built over an expanded garage, with a wall of windows that faces the grounds.

Outside, we created what we call Montana's ultimate outdoor space. There is a patio and pool, a barbecue by the pool, and a custom outdoor spa, all connected by Flathead cobblestone sidewalks that look as though they have been there for a century.

Inside, the bathrooms became the showpieces. One is finished in onyx stone, another in travertine, a third is refined rustic, and all of them carry Kohler fixtures, specialized vanities and custom tile set with a border. Formal wainscoting and chair rail dress the main rooms, a formal vessel sink vanity greets guests, the family room gained a sidebar, and the loft was remodeled too. Today it is a six bedroom, five bathroom lake home that finally matches its setting.
